Returns & Refunds
Returns: All items are returnable within 7 days of receipt of the product. All merchandise returns must be authorized prior to shipment. You will need to contact us to get a return authorization number. The authorized return of non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive refund. Returned items that have been used or damaged by customer will not be refunded. Clothing items must have the original manufacturer tags still attached to receive refund. The original packing slip and a copy of your invoice must be included in the return package. Returns shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. Tees Purple Martini Shop cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach the Returns Department.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account after return items have been received by Tees Purple Martini Shop return department.
Manufacturer Defects any item received broken, damaged, or defective (within the manufacturer packaging) may be returned for immediate refund of all charges. No restocking fee will be charged.
