The Purple Martini Shop is a woman-owned small business her idea is to strive to bring a little purple into everyone lives. She is very passionate about the color purple and she hopes that you are to. This web site was created so that other people could enjoy her passion for Purple and maybe suggest some additional ideas. The owner strives to make Tees Purple Martini Shop a one stop for all of your purple needs. She is constantly looking for Purple products to expand her web site. If you have an idea submit it to the Purpletini wish list and she will try to find it.
Order Processing
All orders must be paid in full via paypal or credit card. Sorry no CODS. Once you payment is verified your order will be processed and you will receive an email conformation of the order. If an item if out of stock or backordered, we will contact you via e-mail. We will not charge your credit card until your items are shipped. If you pay by check you order will be held until the check clears the bank. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any return check.
Shipping Policy
If you order more then one item you may receive multiple packages. Most of the items in out catalog are shipped directly from the distribution warehouse (S) or manufacturer (s). Most of the orders are shipped via UPS (UPS will not deliver to a PO Box). Please allow 4 business days for processing and 4 to 7 days for shipping. If you do not receive your order within 14 days , please contact us. Orders shipped outside of the US or to US Military addresses will be sent via air mail and will incur additional shipping charges. Please allow 2 weeks for shipments outside of the US and 3 ½ to 4 weeks for shipments to military addresses.
Undeliverable Shipments
UPS will attempt to deliver the order 3 times after that the order will be sent back us. If USP sends the order back to us undeliverable we will cancel the order and refund all but the shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Once the order is sent back to us you will have to place a new order.
Damaged Shipments
Items damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the freight carrier and you should file a claim with them. Any missing or damaged cartons must be noted by the recipient on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, you should keep all the packing and call the freight carrier and arrange to file a claim. Tees Purple Martini Shop is not responsible for damaged caused by the freight carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Returns: All items are returnable within 7 days of receipt of the product. All merchandise returns must be authorized prior to shipment. You will need to contact us to get a return authorization number. The authorized return of non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned undamaged and in original packaging to receive refund. Returned items that have been used or damaged by customer will not be refunded. Clothing items must have the original manufacturer tags still attached to receive refund. The original packing slip and a copy of your invoice must be included in the return package. Returns shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. Tees Purple Martini Shop cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach the Returns Department.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account after return items have been received by Tees Purple Martini Shop return department.
Manufacturer Defects any item received broken, damaged, or defective (within the manufacturer packaging) may be returned for immediate refund of all charges. No restocking fee will be charged.
